How the union is organised
The constitution provides for one शाखा (branch) at every Industrial Training Institute in Bihar, covering instructors and other Class III and Class IV employees. Each branch's office is at the station where its institute is located. The branches are grouped under nine प्रमंडल (divisions), and each division has its own संगठन मंत्री on the state committee.
