About the Union

Working Together for Rights, Respect and Welfare of ITI Employees

Who we are

Bihar State Industrial Training Institute Employee Union (BSITIEU)

The union is the recognised collective voice of employees serving in Industrial Training Institutes across Bihar — Instructors, Group Instructors, Clerical Staff and Class-IV employees alike. Its head office is at Digha Ghat, Patna.

The union works through constitutional means — representation, consultation and negotiation — with the Directorate of Training, the Youth Employment and Skill Development Departments and the Government of Bihar. Its office bearers are elected by the general body every two years at the biennial convention.

The purpose of the union is to protect the service interests, dignity and welfare of every instructor, trainer, clerical and Class-IV employee. It puts its members' case through constitutional and peaceful means.

Aim and object (Clause 5 of the constitution)

What the union does

To organise the Instructors and other Class III and Class IV employees of the Industrial Training Institutes into one well-knit union.
