Joined the department and has campaigned for employees' entitlements ever since.
2000 – 2002
Served as Office Secretary alongside the then General Secretary, Shri Ram Ji Babu.
2002 – 2004
Served as Joint General Secretary alongside the then General Secretary, Shri Rajji Babu.
2006 – 2012
Branch Secretary at ITI Munger. Played an active part in the historic 89-day strike for employees' rights and contributed significantly to its success.
Struggle and courage
An FIR was filed against him during that period; he contested it in the civil court, secured anticipatory bail and kept the members' morale intact.
2014 – 2016
Branch Secretary at ITI Muzaffarpur.
2018 – 2020
Branch Secretary at ITI Digha Ghat, Patna.
2020 – 2023
Strengthened the organisation with the Branch Secretary at ITI Marhaura, and gained experience of running four ITIs together at ITI Hajipur.
2023
Branch Secretary at ITI Arrah.
2024 – 2026
Serving as State President of the association.
